3) USA – nell’ambito del riesame antidumping riguardante l’import dalla Germania di alcune tipologie di lamiere in acciaio al carbonio e legato (certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate), il Dipartimento del Commercio-DoC ha deciso la revoca della procedura (avviata nel luglio 2022) nei confronti dell’azienda tedesca Dillinger, avendo accertato non esservi state importazioni dall’azienda durante il periodo di revisione (1° maggio 2021 - 30 aprile 2022). It is the US DoC practice to rescind an administrative review of an antidumping duty order where it concludes that there were no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period of review for an exporter or producer. In this case, DoC had initiated an administrative review with respect to the company AG der Dillinger Hüttenwerke (Dillinger) on July 14, 2022. Over the course of the following months, DoC ultimately determined there were no entries of CTL plate from Dillinger during the period of review.
