Si segnala quanto comunicato dall’Ufficio Difesa Commerciale del Ministero Affari Esteri (DGUE – Uff. 1) STATI UNITI – il Dipartimento del Commercio-DoC ha pubblicato i risultati del riesame amministrativo antidumping (periodo di riferimento: 1 giugno 2021 - 31 maggio 2022) sull’import dall’Italia di determinati tubi meccanici di acciaio (Cold-Drawn Mechanical Tubing of Carbon and Alloy Steel-CDMT). On 6 February 2024, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that US industry is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by tin mill imports. Therefore, no antidumping or countervailing duty orders will be put into effect. The ITC will release a public report by 13 March 2024 and it will contain their views and information developed during the investigation. In the meantime, you may find the press release here. |
