Si segnala quanto comunicato dall’Ufficio Difesa Commerciale del Ministero Affari Esteri (DGUE – Uff. X) in relazione ai seguenti procedimenti attivati da Paesi terzi nei confronti dell’Unione Europea o di singoli Stati membri (difesa commerciale passiva), invitando le Associazioni a veicolare le informazioni alle aziende potenzialmente interessate:
1) CINA – il 5 gennaio scorso aperta indagine antidumping sull’import di brandy dai paesi UE. Le parti interessate potranno registrarsi per la partecipazione al procedimento ed inviare eventuali commenti e osservazioni entro i venti giorni successivi alla data di avvio dell’indagine. Allegata la documentazione di riferimento (con traduzione di cortesia in inglese) resa disponibile dalla Commissione UE.
